Restorative Yoga is a super calming practice, with minimal movement, where comfort and support is key to enable you to rest and restore the body.

These sessions are an opportunity to take some time out to relax in nurturing physical postures, with the support of props, to fully let go and achieve deep relaxation.
If you crave some time to switch off then Restorative Yoga could be just what you need!
Classes are £8 – or £7 if booked into previous Hatha class. Due to number restrictions and props, these sessions will need to be booked ahead each week so please let me know if you’re interested!
