A six-week yoga for beginners course designed to learn asana (postures), simple breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation whether are you are new to yoga or returning to your practice.
We will look at families of postures that work together based on common features of alignment and anatomy, we will build up simple flows and Sun Salutations and also give time to breathing, meditation and relaxation.
The course builds week-on-week and revisits the previous week’s learning so you will increase your familiarity, and confidence, as the weeks pass. All within a welcoming and friendly environment!
