Hatha Yoga for All
My Hatha Yoga classes are warm and welcoming and accessible to all abilities whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner of yoga – never be put off yoga with the thought that you are not flexible enough!
In a class you will find asana practice (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation providing you with a balanced workout of mind and body. Postures will have modifications making them accessible whatever your ability or however your body works – nobody’s body works in the same way, we are all different and unique and yoga embraces that.
Hatha breaks down to mean ‘sun’ Ha and ‘moon’ Tha, with Hatha Yoga being the practice of balance; balancing our mind, body and soul.
Sessions are £7 (block booking price)
Drop-in £8 BACs / cash
Wednesday evenings 19:00 – 20:00
Friday mornings 11:00 – 12:00
Restorative Yoga sessions are an opportunity to take some time out to relax fully in nurturing physical postures, with the support of props, to fully let go and achieve deep relaxation. Classes are £7 if staying on, drop-in £8 but, due to number restrictions and props, will need to be booked ahead each week so please let me know if you’re interested!
